build.works is a cloud software platform for prefabrication and on-site construction companies. It embeds Building Information Modeling (BIM) into day-to-day operations, giving teams a single source of truth from design all the way through to project completion.
The context
Engineer-to-order construction is notoriously fragmented — sales, budgeting, scheduling, production, and field work often live in disconnected tools. build.works solves this with a classification-centric data model and four connected modules: DEFINE (takeoff & specifications), PLAN (budgeting & scheduling), EXECUTE (production tracking), and WORKER (field reporting).
Our role
We contributed to product development on the platform — building and refining features across a 100% web-based, browser-native application, with no installs required for end users.
