As a subcontractor to an Estonian software consultancy, CodeInv has contributed development work for several large enterprise and public-sector end customers. The work spans SAP development, API integrations, and other business-critical software development.
The context
A subcontractor to a larger consultancy must be able to fit quickly into an existing team, delivery process, and end-customer environment. These engagements required care around data integrity, security, traceability, and reliability.
Our role
Through the partner's teams, we have contributed to several distinct engagements:
- Estonian Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa) — SAP and ABAP development supporting existing business processes
- Eesti Pank — development work delivered through the consulting partner
- City of Tallinn — development work delivered through the consulting partner
- An industrial group — development of a Swedbank Gateway banking API integration
For each engagement, we worked within the partner's agreed delivery process and took ownership of the development tasks assigned to us.
The result
Repeated delivery for different end customers demonstrates that CodeInv can provide dependable external development capacity inside a larger partner's projects — for a focused integration, a defined work package, or a longer-term engagement.
